Terms Of Service

General Guidelines

1 I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
2 Commissioners are expected to respond within 1 week about commission inquiries. Failure to do so will result in other commissions being prioritized. Slow respondents will be shifted to the next working slot.
3 You must credit my work by linking my Twitter handle @KuYonbai
4 The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.

Payment

1 All prices are in USD.
2 All payments through PayPal invoice.
3 Pay 50% upfront upon commission request and the rest after the commission has been finished. Once payment has been fully made, deliverables will be sent.

Usage

1 Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
2 By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
3 Prohibit the use of my work as AI learning material.

Refunds & Canceling

1 You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
2 LIVE2D: There are no refunds.
3 ILLUSTRATION: If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% (before tax) of what you’ve paid. After the sketching stage, there will be no refund.

Process (General)

1 After the initial transaction, I will start working on your commission.
2 Progress shots will be given upon requests.
3 A few minor changes can be made free of charge. If you require any major changes I will count it as a revision.
4 After completing the commission, I'll send you a low-resolution product for proof. The final delivery will be made upon full payment.

Revisions

1 You will be informed about the extra chage upon making revision requests.
2 ILLUSTRATION: Changes after the base coloring stage will count as a revision.
3 LIVE2D: After a revision guide is given, the artist and client has 2 weeks to make changes. Failure to deliver on time will result in a compromised rig. Price will not be reduced.
4 In the case that I will be editing the artwork, client must provide the artist's consent to make changes to their work.

Commission Status

What happens if the commission status is closed?
If commission slots are full, you may request to be on the waitlist to have a guaranteed slot for the next available commission date. I will send you a PayPal invoice of $49_USD to confirm the slot. You do not need to pay the commission upfront until I am ready to work on your commission.
_{Clients on the waitlist who wish to cancel must notify me as soon as possible. There will be no refunds for the reservation fee.}

Discounts

Do you have any sales and discounts?
Sales/discounts are only announced through my Twitter.Are discounts stackable?
No.

Payment

I want to commission you, but I can't pay the second half right away. Could I still request a commission?
Yes you can. I don't mind clients paying in installments so long as the commissions are fully paid. However, until then, I will withhold the delivery.If I want just an outfit added to my existing model, do I have to pay the full price for the model art and rig?
No, whatever service you choose, it will be half the price as long as you have the PSD file and Live2D (.cmo3) file.Are you willing to do art trades in place of payment?
Yes. I am willing to work with musicians, video editors/MV artists, and graphic designers, etc. Please e-mail me your portfolio/works, your social media and present to me what you'd like to offer in exchange for my work.
